Had a very different experience than other reviews suggest. Maybe ownership has changed. Stopped in because of the positive celiac reviews and when I asked about protocol for gf, was told there were none and the server seemed surprised and confused by my question. They just use gf bread when requested but it’s all cooked together. 🤷🏻‍♀. Decided not to risk it and left without ordering.

Nice little spot in Fleming island. Great staff, great food. Dedicated fryer for fries! Classic cauliflower crust, done well. No issues.

A good chunk of their menu (sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta) is available gluten free. The fries are gluten free by default. The owner apparently has celiac disease - they know the procedures to take, are extremely careful with cross contamination, etc.

I had a burger and fries, it wasn't the greatest meal of my life but it was OK and I felt fine afterwards.

My son has a non celiac gluten sensitivity. They had gluten free bread to make grilled cheese. They have their own dedicated fryer for French fries to keep them gluten free. They can replace any buns/bread for gluten free. They also can replace pasta noodles for gluten free ones.
