Gluten free buns available, they were happy to make substitutions. No dedicated fryer for fries though.

We had a wonderful meal. The gluten-free buns were delicious. Everybody in my group enjoyed the meal. Don’t forget to order rosemary fries.

Great local spot, gf bun, shared fryer and was warned of the possibility of cross contamination so I played it safe… brick burger on GF bun, sub side for salad no croutons with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Good music too. Worth the stop in if passing thru

The only reference to GF on the menu was for the bun substitution & our food took super long to come out (because staff took extra precautions in prepping food). Regardless, the burgers were very tasty & I didn't get sick! Recommend this spot not only for the food, but for the knowledgeable staff & history of the place as well.

I've been diagnosed Celiac for a few years now and this was my first really bad experience at a restaurant. We were on our way to camp nearby, and I suggested to our friends we go here since I saw on their online menu that they had gf options. When I told our server I had Celiac, he told me nothing at all was safe to eat. I was planning on ordering a veggie burger with a gf bun, both marked as bf on the menu. I asked if maybe a salad could be safe. He said he'd ask the kitchen staff, and came back right away to confirm, no, there was no way to prevent cross-contamination in the kitchen and I shouldn't order anything. I was kind of stunned by how they were so inflexible with not even offering to try to prevent cross contamination and make me a simple salad. I'm used to most places giving a quick reminder about possible cross contamination and a disclaimer on the menu somewhere, and I'm fully aware of the risks as a Celiac eating out. For him to essentially tell me, "your kind isn't welcome here" was really embarrassing and nearly rude. I won't be back and would not recommend the Brick to any Celiacs or people who are very gluten sensitive. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for at least being knowledgable about the seriousness of Celiac, and offering gf options to those who are just gluten sensitive I guess.

They have gf buns for burgers and I loved their selection. Very nice waiter who went above and beyond and took awesome care of us.
Had a yummy cheeseburger! Gluten free bun available. Omission beer and cider.
