They are very knowledgeable and careful about cross contact, one of the employees has celiac disease. All drinks are GF except the oat milk, and they’ll be sure to use separate equipment that hasn’t touched oat milk if you mention an allergy or celiac. They also have lots of GF treats stored separately from the gluten stuff.
