I have been to this fun little brewery that resides in a former church a handful of times now and I'm hooked! Staff is always super pleasant and helpful, and the food and drink offerings are delicious! They make all of their beverages in house - beer, gluten free cider, seltzer and wine! Most of the menu is paninis and sandwiches (ask for gf bread) that come with a side of great lakes chips (small bag) and a pickle. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac and will happily take precautions when asked to do so. The gluten free bread they use is sooooo good! The portion is huge (unlike most gf bread options) and the texture is great - no dry, crumbling bread here! My non gluten free family members enjoy the beer and gluten versions of the paninis and sandwiches! We look forward to stopping here when we're in the area! I highly recommend checking this brewery out if you haven't yet!
