Bricks Family Restaurant

Bricks is able to do gluten free breakfast for those staying at Legoland Hotel. They were able to offer pancakes, potatoes, fruit, and bacon. I was able to speak to a manager and they did know what was gluten free and what wasn't. They seemed to have at least a basic understanding of cross contamination. The taste is mediocre, but it at least tested safe with the Nima.
