Soooooo many great gluten free options!! The chefs met with us before we went to the buffet and walked us through which items were “safe”. Anything that wasn’t gluten free - they offered to make a substitute that was gluten free. Also - if we weren’t comfortable with the buffet, the chef offered to plate our meal from the kitchen. The French toast was a favorite! We were at the hotel for 3 days and ate at the buffet each day with zero cross contamination issue!! Very impressive!!!
