At Bricksworth Beer Co. we offer a large amount of gluten-free menu items. All of our fries are gluten-free and delicious. Our signature pizzas are not traditionally gluten-free but can be made with a cauliflower crust to make it gluten-free. Check out our images to see how yummy our gluten-free pizza looks. All of our wings and sauces are gluten-free, even our specials! Our salads can be made gluten-free if you remove the croutons. Our signature Smashburger can be made gluten-free with the swap of a gluten-free bun.
We use a dedicated fryer for all gluten-free items and we also cook pizzas in their own pans to prevent cross-contamination.
The biggest risk for our gluten-free and celiac friends is that we do make our dough in-house which means there is gluten floating around. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination by following the precautions above. We truly believe we are a gluten-free establishment but we would say we are not celiac-friendly and would caution our celiac customers.

We had 2 flavors of GF pizza that were both delicious. The cauliflower crust is great, not a strong cauliflower flavor at all. They also have wings, salad, and fries.

Love it here! Great atmosphere and great food! Wings are all GF, and many of my non-GF family have said that the cauliflower crust is better than the regular! Try the Elote pizza!

All the wings are GF and in their own frier including the boneless wings! Fries are GF too. They also offer a cauliflower crust for their pizzas and I asked about shared space in the oven and they cook them in individual pans so no cross contamination! I only tried their bone in wings today and they were all so delicious! We will be back for sure.
