Manager informed us that there wasn’t a dedicated kitchen space. The only GF dessert was ice cream 😕

All " starter bar" items GF Except the pasta salad. Almost all entrees are GF, or they will modify them to be. Rice Pilaf, Alaskan Roasted Potatoes & Seasonal veggies GF. 3 GF appetizer options. Sourdough Bread not GF, but the smoked salmon spread served w/ it is GF & they brought me cucumbers to eat with it. Well educated staff on GF menu items & CC issues. Charming & so unique. You get to watch everyone fish 🐟 in Ship Creek while eating! Food amazing, service terrific, atmosphere, outstanding, we will be back.

Bridge Seafood is able to accommodate a gluten-free diet. The manager informed me that most menu items are gluten-free (or can be made gluten-free) and my waiter assured me that my food would be cooked in a separate area. I ordered the Mixed Grilled Skewer with salmon, rockfish, and reindeer sausage. The chef removed the soy sauce to make it gluten-free. Gluten-Free dessert options include Root Beer Floats and Vanilla Ice Cream. The food was very tasty and the staff was very helpful in accommodating someone with Celiac Disease (and I did not get sick afterwards).
