The Gluten Fr͏e͏e menu is “gluten sensitivity” friendly..And more than clear that they are not celiac friendly and not very knowledgeable at all. They recommended I have salad with nothing on it. Wish I was kidding. When I said that seafood and steaks were gluten-free and that didn’t seem so risky they said they just wouldn’t trust anybody in the kitchen. I had a cup of Maryland veg crab soup That was delicious, and they could vouch for it.

They have a “gluten conscious” menu and true to a lot of places they don’t have a designated cooking area. They have a three point system: gluten conscious menu, mention of allergy when entering the order and then the server talks to the kitchen. I had the buratta caprese salad (olive oil and pesto) and the Mediterranean salad (mahi, shrimp, quinoa, rice and romesca sauce). The app was VERY good; the main dish was just okay, it needed more flavor.

A gluten free menu with many choices! Rockfish over green beans and potatoes was delicious!

Bridges has a good selection of GF food and the kitchen staff is very knowledgeable about what I could have and what I couldn't. the shrimp and grits is my favorite!!
