Brigantine Seafood & Oyster Bar

The website says "Gluten free or can be made Gluten free" whereas the actual menu says "GF = Gluten Friendly". BIG difference and huge safety hazard. This is misleading and it shows in their staff's knowledge. Do NOT assume that all the clearly marked GF menu items are gluten free. I ordered the same swordfish fish as 2 others at my table and mine looked completely different. When I asked "why" the waiter stated, "we tried to make it as bland as possible" in reference to the fish. I was not only confused but I felt unsafe during the meal and chose not to eat the risotto out of fear. They seemed to have confused dairy and possibly fish for cellac/gluten allergy. Proceed with caution if you are sensitive or celiac.
