Staff is wonderful in letting you know which items are GF. We let them know that my daughter has Celiacs and they took extra care in our order.

The staff can tell you which flavors have gluten and which do not. The scoops are in a shared container that is just rinsed with water but they will wash it with soap and water if you ask. The staff knew what celiac was and took my concerns seriously.

Most items are gluten-free…unless it has cookies or pretzels in the description. Flavor is amazing…definitely “home-made” taste and have never had a negative reaction to the gelatos. Highly recommend.
