I ordered a salad gf. We saw it come out and then the waiter take it back because it had potato straws on top. Guess what I was finding in my salad?!? I asked the waiter (late 50's) if he knew what celiac was and he didn't. I educated him on it and encouraged him to google it. This was the first time I have never tipped. He was willing to make me sick w his ignorance! The manager never came out so I do not feel this is a company that cares about the safety of people.

Horrible! Got glutened from a crouton in my salad. The waiter acted like it was a huge inconvenience for my allergy. Chef came over and was just like I will take it off. I tried to eat my dinner but was so scared.

Daughter ate off gluten free menu. No issues and she was very happy with number of options
Yes
I've eaten here three times since I found out about their gluten free menu.. 2 times with no issues, 1 time where I found a stray gluteny noodle mixed in with my gluten free pasta. I hate to ban Brio if it was just a one time mistake, but they need to be cautious about cross-contamination in their kitchen. I'd suggest getting something other than the pasta to be extra safe
Yes
Ate off the gluten free menu. Got glutened. Ruined my anniversary.

I worked here briefly. None of the "gluten free" options are safe. All of the "gluten free" pasta is cooked in the same water at the same time as the gluten pasta. The cook uses the same spatula all night on all dishes, so even the risotto is contaminated. There are no special protocols for gluten free meals at all, even if it is an allergy. Additionally, servers are supposed to know which items are gluten free/dairy free/peanut free and they just take a guess. I sent people away who asked for gluten free due to an allergy or Celiac because I knew nothing from the kitchen here was safe. As a Celicac, I never ate anything from the kitchen. The management will insist that their gluten free options are indeed gluten free because they don't know what gluten is. The grilled chicken is okay unless the grill cook uses the pasta spatula to flip it, which he often does. Even the strawberry salad uses contaminated candied pecans.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never been disappointed with the many options on the menu. The wait staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

My daughter worked here, they cook the GF pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Avoid if you're serious about GF.
