I'm not sure what I just paid $20 for. I had a very nice class of wine, with a Caesar salad that consisted of chopped up lettuce, sprinkled parmesan, and a very goopy overwhelming dressing. The menu outside said they had a charcuterie board, but once inside, they said they discontinued it. The only options for you here that are gluten free are the above mentioned Caesar salad, an iceberg wedge salad, or a hummus with just hummus. They can probably do the sandwiches without a bun, but why bother for the amount you'll end up paying.
