They really didn’t seem that knowledgeable. I got the burnt ends and that was all. Didn’t seem to have a reaction but didn’t feel that safe eating here because of their lack of knowledge.

I love Brix! I am celiac, 100% gluten & dairy free! They always take GREAT care for and of me!

The Brisket, Barbacoa, and sausage are 100% gluten free, they use no sugars in the rub whatsoever.

Just make sure to tell the pretty window lady and they will make sure there’s no cross contamination from BBQ sauce on the cutting board or anything like that!

The BBQ sauce is not GF. They do have Dank Sauce that is gluten free (does contain cream, so not dairy free). It’s kind of like a jalapeño aioli.

The tallow beans are 100% gluten and dairy free!

& they have beers by the food truck door once you make your purchase for free! 🍻
