They make fresh gluten free bagels in plain, everything and asiago. They are the best bagels I've had that are not frozen. They are not safe for those with celiac though as they are at risk of cross contamination. They always put it in a separate bag from other bagels

Never have gotten sick here. There is no bagel in the world like this for our celiac community.

I’m celiac, I’ve ate here and felt okay, and have ate here and really felt crappy. It’s really at your own risk, the bagels are really yummy!

Daughter got sick after eating a “GF” bagel

I became violently ill after eating only half of a gluten free bagel. I called and discussed the process. They claim the owner has celiac disease and eats the bagels all the time with no reaction. I would advice you to not have the gluten free bagels here if you have celiac disease. I certainly paid the price for it.

They have a variety of GF bagels. I enjoyed the onion bagel, but noticed they did not have a separate GF area.
