The food here is absolutely fantastic but the staff is not knowledgeable. They switched from a dedicated fryer to a mixed fryer without telling us despite me asking for my food to be gluten free every time (I checked about the fryer the first time when it was dedicated and didn't realize they switched until I got an onion ring in my fries). They also told me the duck burger was gluten free as long as I asked for no onion crisps or cheese skirt, but their fig jam had wheat flour in it as well and I got really sick. Totally heartbroken because we went there often and the food was delicious but it's too risky.
