They understand gluten free really well! Not everywhere gets it. The cook came by to answer our questions and check on us.

All of their smoked meats are gluten free and can be ordered individually or as a platter. The sauces are all GF and the ones we got to try this time were very tasty! The Carolina reaper one was HOT. Most of the sides are GF as well. They had a dedicated fryer for French fries, which was great news!!

No appetizers, burgers, sandwhiches, or any of the obvious gluten containing items for us! But that still leaves 1/2 the menu.

I got the brisket with fries and coleslaw. Was great! No symptoms since. I have been really hesitant to stop in for years. My non-gf girlfriend really enjoyed her meal too, so we’ll be coming back!

I am celiac. Delicious brisket and potato salad. No issues that night or next day. Will visit again.
