My kids had the junior cheeseburgers in gf buns and fries made in the dedicated fryer. Both enjoyed them!

They advertise GF burgers and salads. I asked the cashier what he suggested and then he pointed out at least 2 items with gluten. I got the Mex burger (it’s a bit spicy so it gave me heartburn). I had him ask if the cheese sauce had gluten and he found that it didn’t. When ringing our order up, he proceeded to ask me if GF was a preference or an allergy after I had told him I had Celiac Disease so I cannot have gluten.

The cashier told me the salt and pepper fries were GF in a dedicated fryer. My husband ordered fries with his burger and we said to the cashier that we will share them so make sure they are GF. They brought the fries out on my husband’s tray and a minute later he took the fries back because they did not cook them in the GF fryer. I’m glad he caught that mistake.

I’ve been to the Detroit Brome probably ten times and haven’t had an issue. I get the Mex burger with a gf bun and their regular fries. I always confirm that the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer, and they always say yes, as long as you order the Kennebec fries. I’ve had the vanilla milkshake a few times as well. One of my “go-to” restaurants.

Really nice staff who seemed knowledgeable about dietary restrictions - but I was glutened. Not Celiac friendly.

Great burger, I enjoyed the gluten free bun, staff was polite and knowledgeable. Fries were good too.

Amazing burger! The gf bun was only $1 more and it was decent tasting. The regular fries are gf in dedicated fryer.

The regular fries are fried in a dedicated fryer!! They have the impossible burger 2.0 that is now gluten free and it was the best burger I've ever had in my life. They also have dairy free cheese!

After finding out nothing was safe for me to eat at Batch Brewing Company, even though they advertise a gluten-free menu, I ended up at Brome Eatery. I’m so happy I did!!!!! They after gluten free buns AND have a dedicated fryer!!!! Staff was also educated on Celiacs. Burger was awesome and loved the atmosphere. I will definitely be back!!!

This restaurant is great!! Incredibly gf friendly and they have amazing gf burger buns! I went up to the counter to ask what brand they were and the cashier sent the chef over to my table to discuss It. He brought over a package of buns, handed them to me and thanked us for coming in. The dedicated fryer is wonderful. My sister has a very bad allergy and was so excited to be able to eat French fries again! 10/10 recommend this place whether you’re gf or not!

The staff was very knowledgeable and the food was incredible. Not only was my burger super juicy, but the GF buns were some of the best I've ever had. Plus, they have a dedicated fryer for their french fries. I will definitely be back and I suggest anyone looking for a great burger try this place!

Amazing burger and fries! It’s so nice to have the fries AND the burger because most places only have one or the other. 10/10 would recommend.
