I ordered 4 gluten free mini bagels when placing a big order for my family today. I was excited to be able to partake in eating a real nyc bagel. Instead, without notice, they subbed a bag of grocery store bought gluten free bagels. The bag was open and the goods were stale. No answer when we tried calling. So bummed :(
They have both a gluten-free bagel and a gluten-free wrap at this place. I'm happy to report that they have a gluten-free toaster since the last reviews. I can't say the same for the wrap because I've never seen how they prepare it. They're good about preparation and change their gloves -- I've never gotten sick eating here. Good food, decent gluten-free alternatives (let's be honest, getting a good GF bagel isn't easy)... What's not to like?
Got a bagel and cream cheese, bagel was just okay for the price. I did get a little sick afterwards so buyers be ware cross contamination is possible.
You have to be incredibly specific with them for the gluten free bagel. Untoasted. Clean knife. From a fresh area of cream cheese. They will happily do it, you just have to spell it out. Amazingly I didn’t get sick. But very high risk.

They have a gluten-free bagel on their menu but they use the same toaster ovens as their normal bagels and when I walked in they quickly fried it there before I could really say anything. The option is there but it’s risky.
