They do not have gluten free bagels. They have spelt bagels. Spelt is a variety of wheat, and is not gluten free.

Came here in search of a gluten free NY bagel and they absolutely delivered. Staff was very nice and accommodating to change their gloves and use a plastic spoon to take cream cheese from the untouched portion in the front. I ordered my bagel untoasted to prevent cross contamination and it was wonderful. I really enjoyed the gluten free spelt bagel and the garlic and herb cream cheese. Very fairly priced for gluten free, and I didn't get sick from any stray gluten. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination, but Brooklyn Bagels nailed this gluten free experience.
