Brooklyn Pizza has amazing pizza and a great gluten free pizza but they do not make an precautions to avoid cross contamination. They cook the pizza directly on the same bricks as the normal pizza’s.

We have eaten here for years. Totally Celiac safe, authentic Brooklyn pizza (they're from there) and some of their family has celiac & gf sensitivity. The owners are super safe with handling. I can finally go out with family and friends and have a pie like we get back in NY and it's SAFE!!! Ty to the owners!
