Came for dim sum dinner with a big group. Server answered my questions about a dish and seemed familiar with gluten-free. I had some crystal shrimp dumplings and singapore mei fun. No symptoms afterwards.
You should only go here if you’re experienced with Chinese food. Almost all the dishes will likely have gluten in the sauce or marinade, and you have to know what to avoid. The servers likely won’t know about more obscure sources of gluten. For example, red pork (char siu) sauce typically has wheat as a minor ingredient. My singapore mei fun had some small pieces of red pork, so I just ate around those.
Overall, this place is solid if you know what you’re doing and aren’t a sensitive celiac. Big portion sizes and tasty dishes.
