While they have a gluten sensitive menu, all of it, besides maybe the salads, are not gluten free. They use a shared fryer and do not specify which items on the menu are fried rather than baked. For example, the bone in wings and gator balls are not breaded but are both fried in the shared frier. The waiters and bartenders are not taught what is and isn't gluten free or what is fried. The bartender who was helping me went back to the kitchen with questions but said that nobody in there had the answer as to what was breaded so who knows what's going on in there. They can prepare a burger with no bun but they warn that the seasoning is not gluten free so there would likely be a lot of cross contamination there. Go at your own risk.
