Brotherton's Black Iron Barbecue

They were very knowledgeable about which sides were gluten free and said all meats were GF. I got the nachos and they were great and a huge portion! They said they had gluten free bread for BBQ sandwiches but since I'd already settled on nachos, I didn't ask about their back of house precautions or warming practices as far as bread goes. There is a continuous running list of the GF sides for that week and the upcoming week at the register.
