Brown Bag Burger + Brewery

My experiences at this establishment prior to their move have been positive. Tonight my husband and I went out on a date night to their new location. I had ordered the grilled chicken on a gluten-free bun and specified I needed gluten-free. My husband ordered a burger on a gluten-free bun. The waitress brought out my order but it was on a regular bun. I explained that I needed gluten-free and she told me she would take it back and they would get me a new one. She was back within minutes and I had suspected that they may have just changed the bun, but I wasn’t confirmed until after I had had a few bites and realized I had been glutened. the order took an hour and 20 minutes to get so I should’ve known that a couple of minutes in the back wouldn’t be sufficient for them to cook a new order. They have regard for cross-contamination here so if you are glue intolerant or celiac, I would avoid.
