Review of Brown Iron Brewhouse

The owner’s daughter has celiac so they are very familiar and very much dedicated to ensuring safe practices for people with celiac. I initially ordered just “gluten free” but then told the server that I have celiac disease. He didn’t even miss miss a beat before saying, “oh! I’m so glad you told me! I will be sure to let the kitchen know you have celiac so they can be sure all of your food is safe!”

I have been dying to dine in at Brown Iron since the beginning of COVID-19. This was our first time eating out since March and it did not disappoint!! The food was all amazing! Best gluten free bun I’ve had yet! The fries are amazing! Everything was so great I forgot for a minute that everything I was eating was gluten free. And the Brownie Sundae...!!! I’m going to be having dreams about that!
