I found out a little trick here. The bakery next to the cafe has gluten free bread choices. If you grab some GF bread from the bakery and take it into the cafe they will ring it up for you and make any of the sandwiches on the menu on it. I highly doubt this is a good option for celiac level issues but for this gluten sensitive person it was great!
