What a cool vibe here! And totally aware of gf! They had many options marked on the menu, even desserts! We enjoyed delicious burgers and the classic peublo fare, green chilli. We met two other customers, also looking for gf options. Brues Alehouse is a must when in Peublo! Call ahead for a reservation too!!

This restaurant wowed me. For starters the service is great. They do not have a dedicated GF menu however items were listed GF. They DO have a dedicated fryer for the fries and GF buns/bread for their burgers. I ordered one of the only GF items on the menu and in the description it said “soy glaze” the server and I discussed this and she was concerned that it might not be GF so she went to ask. Well lo and behold the manager and owner both came out to talk to me about it! They wanted to make sure I felt safe to eat there- they had lost their supply of GF soy sauce briefly and hadn’t updated the menus. We talked for awhile and they were so kind and lovely about it all and grateful I brought it to their attention. The service and kindness really impressed me. As well as their clear want to do right by those with gluten issues. It is a family owned establishment and has a great ambience right on the river walk with live music and great service. Also a great wine and beer list (for those of your household who might not be GF aka my husband) Please go and enjoy! I highly recommend.

Out of GF buns, but they did a great lettuce wrap. Server was knowledgeable and helped. Dedicated GF fryer! I had the Figgy Jammin' burger. Really good!

They used to have more gf options, now it's just a burger on a gf bun and a couple of bakery items. I went over a month ago and the waitress was well informed and let me know that only regular fries were safe and they were made in a dedicated fryer. I went last week and the waitress said I could only have sweet potato fries safely. I questioned that and we ended up with regular fries were safe. It took 40 min to get our food and my cheeseburger came out on a regular bun because the waitress didn't bother to put in my need for gf. The manager came over because I got upset and put in a new order and said mine would be comped for the trouble. I had to leave, but then the waitress brought 2 bills- 1 with ALL of the food we ordered and another that was mine with my burger on it so instead of mine being comped she tried to double charge us. I no longer feel safe eating here and have very little confidence in the waitstaff.

“We take it very seriously” and they do. The manager delivered my burger on a GF bun with fries from a dedicated fryer announcing,”this was prepared for someone with Celiac”. Our server Jayden, gets it, knowledgeable and confident. I left without worry or concern.

Owner and manager very knowledgeable. Server was new so the manger helped us. Food was amazing. Gf buns made on site and the best we have ever had and that even includes Italy. Took cream puffs to eat later. Very impressed!!!

They have Gluten Free menu and a dedicated fryer. Gillian B waited on us and was an awesome server. Very attentive to my GF needs. She thought my GF hamburger may not have been GF. She took back to the Chef and he said it was as they were trying a new bun and it was a really good GF bun. He gave Gillian positive feedback for questioning as I did also. Really great food and service.

I was happily surprised by my GF meal here! I was visiting family in the area, and my dietary restriction is always an annoyance (to me, as a guest), and I anticipated few options. But our server, Nathan, went out of his way to insure that my meal - “loaded fries” with guacamole topping (not so healthy, but an enormous treat!) was safe. We enjoyed the ambience and the meal immensely, with no ill effects 😊
