We have had excellent experiences at Brugos. Pizza is tasty but pricey. The large and medium gluten free pizzas are the same size (at least in our experience) so go for the medium. We haven’t had any bad reactions to our meals there and the three of us are all gluten sensitive. Lots of gluten free options. 4 stars just because of price, not quality.

went there sevral times and got glutamate. I was served pizza cut with a pizza cutter used on wheat crust. then was served a regular pizza crust after telling the waitress I was gluten free due to celiac desiease. I took one note and realized it was a wheat crust was sick for days after. won't go back.

Took a drive from Reno to explore the area and remembered seeing Brugo's on the app. Exceptional pizza! Since relocating to Reno, I have been looking for a place in the area for good gf pizza and now I have found it. More drives to Carson City are in the future!

Celiac friendly (although server asked if we were GF for better health or had anaphylactic reactions to gluten - haha). She did advise they did not have a dedicated kitchen, but the staff uses precautions when preparing meals. The cheese bread was tasty, and you're able to order any gourmet topping choices on a GF crust, except the Alfredo and Dorito flavors. Pizza was so good!! Highly recommend.

Found this restaurant on my Gluten Free App and saw all the amazing reviews and knew I had to try. Just a visitor to Nevada, but worth the travel to come back here. Amazing service and the BEST gluten free pizza. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again! Thanks Shawn for an unforgettable experience.

So thrilled I found this by using the app and reading the other reviews! Hands down the very best GF pizza I've ever had!! They have 3 sizes which is a refreshing find. The sauce oh my lord the sauce!! It's insanely delicious! I kept saying this is insane to my husband. This is THE only place you need to go for a pizza. Not cheap with the toppings either. They were very knowledgable on Celiacs Disease and take great caution on making sure there is no cross contamination what so ever! They use a special to bake the pies in and the dough!!! Herb flavored to perfection. We had the delight of Donna tending to us and provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable and confident that we would not be contaminated. Donna so happens to be the manager and took beyond supreme care of us and even made of order herself!! She is a extreme plus to this wonderful establishment. And I mentioned reviews I seen of the meatballs and she brought us some out to try. Trust me.. Get the meatballs!! They are very delicious. They will also make you garlic cheese bread out of the pizza crust. No place I've ever been to would do this when I asked not do they offer it. But Brugo's will! Look no further for this is the best pizza, best environment and best staff I've located. Thank you Donna for the conversations, the advise, the food and the knowledge!! We will be back frequently!!

So impressed with this little place. My salad was delicious (I love restaurants that use Spring Mix instead of just all Romaine or Iceburg. Iceberg? The bland stuff!!) the balsamic, olive oil and roasted garlic dressing was to wonderful. Pine nuts instead of croutons? Best alternative ever! The pizza I ordered - The Green Thumb - was cooked perfectly. Their sauce is tangy and sweet and is the best I've had in years.

I'm going to find reasons to have to drive to Carson, just to come to this place!

All their sauces are gluten free and anything involving dough can be ordered gluten free. Home made meatballs were delicious and the pepperoni pizza was one of the best I've had!!
