We are celiac. they have gluten-free bread on their menu and we’re able to make a gluten-free breakfast sandwich with your choice of protein. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure there was no cross-contamination. They use parchment paper for cooking the bread separately. They were extremely friendly and kind and made it sound like it was no problem to accommodate us. Highly recommend!
