Bruno's Pizza

I like their GF pizza crust and feel relatively safe eating there while in Bismarck. However, it’s highly unlikely that there isn’t contamination and the servers didn’t seem too knowledgeable about celiac.

Seriously so yummy! They prepare the Gfree food in a separate part of the kitchen and send it through the oven away from the other pizzas on its own tray. I'm not sure on if they use different pizza cutters though. So good!

I love how they have a separate section of the menu for gluten free pizza. I knew I could order anything from that section. When I picked up our pizzas, I was assured they make sure the toppings they say are gf are safe, and she showed me the separate gf prep area across the room from the other prep area. Great pizza!

We had a great experience at Bruno's Pizza. This is the best gluten free pizza crust I have had from a restaurant. It also worked for me because the crust is egg free as well. They have lots of topping choices​ that are gluten free. The service was great. A must try for gluten free pizza.

Wow! Dinner was great, wonderful tasty pizza. They actually have gluten free alfredo sauce which was a pleasant surprise. The best part though is the service. Very friendly and so tolerant of my lively been in the car too long children. We came in close to closing and were very welcomed! Thank you.
