Menu noted that fries are NOT gluten free. Cashier confirmed that GF is allergy and that meal came on it's own tray. Bun was in sealed plastic package. Food is basic, no frills, old-fashioned burger joint, but tasty.

The staff knew nothing about gluten free and I stupidly ate there...got VERY sick. Do not recommend for celiacs
No
The cashier promised to make it safe and was sweet but the cook used the same gloves and spatula and showed an unwillingness to accommodate me. Glad others had better experiences but this is not a place I would recommend to any celiac. If I could would give this zero stars.

Was a little worried because of previous review, but I found the staff extremely helpful and caring. $3 for a GF bun is a little crazy, but I watched an employee change her gloves, clean the grill and take care to keep everything separate for me. That makes it worth it to me. Plus it tasted great!
Yes
They have Udi buns, but they said they are not celiac friendly. They proved it when they were not willing to wipe the crumbs off the grill before cooking our food, so we had to leave.
No
Gluten free bun is from Udi’s and they showed me the ingredients when I asked. Neither I or my celiac partner got sick. We did not eat the fries due to shared fryer.
Yes
Classic burger joint. Gluten free bun! Pricing was a little high, and burger and fries are sold separately.
Got the double bubba burger with a gluten free bun...best bun I've ever had in my life!!!! Light, soft and fluffy, didn't crumble or fall apart, wasn't hard or tough...amazing!!!!
Went here for burgers with my family fully prepared to order a burger with no bun. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had GF buns available although they could not guarantee any cross contamination for celiacs.

Not very good. McDonalds mcdoubles put out more flavor. Flavor of the burger is masked by the massive amount of mustard and handful of onions they throw on your burger. I'd call this nickel and dime burger. You have to specify for cheese (pay extra) and even water cups are $0.30 unless you want to hold a snowcone cup the entire time. Doesnt really work if you have a toddler. I don't recommend this place as options are limited and not worth risking contamination.

Very knowledgeable about gluten, they ask about your sensitivity. The bun is pretty good nothing too crazy. You don’t get very much meat for a lot of money it’s 3 extra dollars just because of our allergy. The meat was really good though. Fries or any food in fryer are not gluten free.

Burger was delicious, Steak n Shake-ish. I ordered GF bun and they asked the magic question: allergy or preference. When I answered allergy, they said my burger would come separate from the bun and I'd have to assemble myself. No problem, thanked them for their diligence. Milkshake was great too. Had to skip fries because they're battered and fried with their onion rings. Next time I'd skip the GF bun and just stick with the lettuce wrap option.

I ordered my burger with a gluten free bun and the cashier asked if that was due to preference or an allergy. She notified the cook of my allergy and the co cleaned the grill and changed her gloves before cooking my burger. The meat it cooked on the left side of the gril and buns are warmed up on the very right side, so there is a minimal chance of CC. Burger came in a basket with the bun in a sealed bag. All toppings where in condiment containers to avoid CC as due to shared utensils. burger was good although small, but I did not get sick.
