Short story - they add gluten toppings to donuts that they market as gluten free. They do not tell you this at the counter even if you ask! 😳 Please do not trust this business. They responded to my Instagram comment privately rather than publicly sharing that they intentionally add gluten. — They have mochi donuts that are advertised as gluten free (on Instagram and also on a sign on top of the donuts), so I was excited to try them.

The donuts are $3 each and small - more like a cookie size and consistency than a donut. Worse than that though, I got stabbing stomach pains after eating these.

As someone who has to avoid gluten for health reasons, this is disappointing.I would not recommend this to anyone who needs to eat gluten free - if you’re just thinking sure I’ll have a gluten free donut bc it’s healthier, then you’re probably fine.
