Review of Buc-ee's

Be aware and read those labels. Huge jerky bar, dessert bar, and sandwich bar. Don’t get your hopes up that you may partake in any of it. They use cheap soy (wheat based) powder on the jerky. If you want jerky, go with the Tillamook brand. I did not find any gf baked goods except for rice crispy treats. I don’t know about the fudge. I settled on chicken salad with fritos. They also have cut fruit and cheeses. Worth stopping for gas, clean bathrooms, and super nice attendants.
