Does not have a GF menu and the GF items are NOT labeled but the waiter was knowledgeable about all of the food items that could been made GF. She did tell me that they did not have a separate kitchen so there is cross contamination in the air. All around great GF noodles and a warm roll to start.

Pleasantly surprised that this nice restaurant had gluten free (heated) rolls and pasta. Our wonderful & attentive server Ismael was very knowlegable about the menu and asked about allergies & asked questions to understand my needs. He frequently checked on his to see if we were enjoying everything. The (?) chef served our entrees & asked if we wanted refills or anything else we needed. Extensive menu for wine, entrees, appetizers & desserts. Very fresh ingredients & elegant presentation. We began with stuffed artichokes that we have not had in some time & I forgot how to eat them but we did ok. I had the organic statler chicken piccata (partially on the bone) & it was moist & flavorful. Ample capers & tender chopped asparagus over GF linguine. Pasta was tender & in flavorful olive oil. My husband had veal piccata tenders which was moist, savory (sage) & cooked perfectly. He preferred rosemary potatoes which were cooked well. It was served with chopped spinach. Not overly large portion but perfect size to enjoy the other courses. We had the chardonney which was nice & crisp. Very attentive servers promply refilling your water was a welcome touch. The pannacota custard with whole blueberry compote & whipped cream was light & excellent. We were served Italian frothy coffee which was strong but really good. Wonderful Italian/Tuscan ambiance with candles & low lighting. Very friendly & engaging (?) host or manager or owner greeted us. Another (?) manager, owner or hostess was friendly & gave us the check. We loved our evening at Buca Tuscan Roadhouse.

Amazing. They are so accommodating and listen to your needs and make sure the food is prepared carefully and it comes out delicious. We are both GF and DF, and always have a great experience coming here.
