Not a lot of options for those with celiac, as both the fryer and the grill are shared - maybe 2-3 safe items in each of the three otherwise very long menu categories. It was also difficult to get a clear and confident-sounding answer from either the waiter or the owner about what was and wasn’t safe.

They appear to be knowledgable about how to avoid cross-contamination and have been able to explain their protocols to me when asked!
The food here is great! Lots of dishes you can eat and I've never gotten sick.
I have celiac - I love this place and have eaten there many times! Every time I've been there the waitstaff has been knowledgable about what I could and could not eat on the menu, and when there are specials or dishes they aren't sure about they always ask the chef and are very nice about it. At this point I've been there so many times that I have my go-to dishes that I always get. I've never gotten sick. This is a really nice date-night type of spot if you're looking for that.

Good tapas and atmosphere. Pricey. Has outdoor seating.
Told the server I was allergic to gluten and she immediately asked me if I was celiac, noted it on her pad, and walked me through what my options were and what the chef could vary to make the food safe—doing items that were grilled in a pan, for example, because the grill was also used to grill bread (in a different spot, but she wanted to be sure). Then she checked with the chef and reported back, and was very clear I shouldn’t eat my friend’s chips because it was a shared fryer. Very knowledgeable and helpful and the food was delicious. There were lots of options for GF, and a lovely wine list too.
