Staff had no knowledge and didn’t immediately go get the chef. Very little on the breakfast menu that didn’t center around a biscuit or wrap. No designations on the menu.
Beautiful location to visit, farm-to-table concept. They grow much of their food right on site, have a restaurant and store selling produce and many GF foods. Chef talked to us and was very knowledgable, kitchen is visible behind glass walls and clearly immaculate. Didn't have gf bread or wraps unfortunately. I might bring my own some time. I had a chef salad, one of several salad options. Honestly, one of the best salads I've ever eaten. Super high quality ingredients!Other non-celiac options I'm told were heaven! ;-)
