Easy to order, you can have gf bread or buns. They have bags of chips marked gluten free. It is convenient and fast food but tourist priced. It is good and basic food. I have celiac and had no issues with the mushroom burger I chose.

My daughter is at Interlochen for school. I called them from NJ and they went above and beyond. The manager explained everything and even remembered my daughter's name. My daughter has Celiac Disease and is VERY sensitive to cross contamination. This is a safe place for her. It helps that the food and ice cream is delicious!!!!

The bun held up very well and tasted great. The upcharge was very small.
