I had a very good experience at this little restaurant this morning. The owner listened to my request and made suggestions. He noticed that they were giving me a plate that had potatoes on it, and stopped them and said those were fried in the fryer. So they took my plate back and we did it without the potatoes.
Ask them to heat up your corn tortillas on a clean grill and they will.
I had Machaca with eggs it was fantastic. The coffee is good too. My friend had a poblano chili stuffed with a tamale, very different, and also delicious.
