Review of Bueno Y Sano

I really like B&S and went to the Amherst location as a kid before being diagnosed with Celiac's. Yummy food, great kids quesadilla meal (my kids can eat gluten), fast service. It's not clear how well trained staff are about cross contamination. For example, I don't think they ever mark my order as GF or gluten allergy. I typically get the pork carnitas bowl (with cabbage slaw, yum) and have never gotten sick.
