Ordered fish tacos for gluten free child. Asked if they could be made GF, to which they responded yes. Fish was breaded in wheat flour, served anyway. Better training is needed.

Okay for someone wanting to go on a gluten free kick/diet, but for those with Celiacs, this is not ideal. Lots of cross contamination observed, lack of changing gloves between handling the meat and flour tortillas, etc.

great food, possibly better than chipotle, love the burrito bowl with teriyaki sauce and the chips are good (even if there's wheat pictured on the paper bag I was assured they are corn chips) new favorite restaurant

Bueno Y Sano is the BEST restaurant ever! The black bean and spinach tacos on corn tortillas are FAB-U-LOUS! With a location in Amhert, Noho , Springfield and soon to be West Springfield I know I'll always be able to satisfy a craving for Bueno's! BTW the Tomatillo sauce is divine. Think I'll go now....

Their app is awesome! Allows you to choose any burrito as a bowl and choose ingredients, the add Gluten allergy. I have eaten here more than a dozen times without any gluten reaction!

Bueno is a regular go-to for me. The burrito bowls are excellent and highly customizable. The corn tortillas on the soft tacos are a little fragile, but they always give me two per taco just in case. If ordering online, you can mark your order as being for someone with a gluten allergy and they take precautions.

Menu items are marked as GF. I went with a steak salad to be safer as I was nervous about the tortillas. Staff was somewhat uneducated so it was a gamble. The food was relatively good, but definitely not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Didn’t get sick but also can’t really recommend.
