Review of Buffalo Wild Wings

We went to the BDUBS at the District. We called beforehand to ask about the precautions they take, and we were very specific when we asked about the fryer. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free traditional wings, just make sure you ask them to make them GF and they will make them in that one. They also made us some GF fries in the dedicated fryer. Our waiter told us that their manager was overseeing the entire cooking process to ensure safety, and our waiter was really good about remembering everything. He even remembered to put the wings with a NON gluten free sauce on a separate platter. Great experience, we felt very safe, and I feel great!
