Great place. Mentioned to the waiter how a prior review mentioned a dedicated fryer for gluten free items, she didn’t know, so I made my wing order and was immediately met by the manager. Who was very understanding of the allergy and tried everything to make it right before the order was placed but there is no dedicated fryer for traditional wings, so I had to resort to grilled chicken with carrots and that even got me sick. If I wasn’t celiac I’d give it 4/5 stars for the way the manager handled the situation, but this is a gluten free app, trying to keep people with celiac disease from having to feel the effects of coming into contact with allergens. This place gets a 1/5 stars for being a great place to eat unless you are allergic to gluten 😂
The French fries are commingled with the flour dusted wedge fries. Not one gluten free carb. Great drinking place but bad eating place

Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.
