Buffalo Wild Wings

After reading the other review I decided to give them a try. Their traditional wings can be cooked in a dedicated fryer. Many of their sauces are gluten free. They put a sticker on the box to mark the wings as gluten free. The staff seem knowledgeable. It is a nice treat to enjoy delicious wings with family and friends.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Their traditional wings are done in a dedicated gf fryer! Tara is the best and is super knowledgeable. If it’s slow they’ll also do the fries in the dedicated fryer if you ask. They put stickers on the gf boxes and toss the wing in separate baskets to avoid cross contamination. Do not eat the nachos even though they say gf, they can be cross contaminated.

So so delicious. Lots of gf sauce options.

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.
