TERRIBLE! Nothing is gluten free! They use the same dryers for everything. My daughter & I sat and watched everyone eat. Don't go there if you have Celiac!
There are many BWWs that have separate fryers but this one doesn't. The staff is not trained well to handle those with Celiac Disease. My son hasn't been sick eating here but it's not a good spot.
Not a complete celiac friendly unless you prefer salad with no dressing. I spoke to the manager and it was very unreassuring for avoiding cross contamination. I don't think I will return.
No
I usually stick to the boneless skinless grilled chicken tenders and a side salad. No experiences with hidden gluten because I ask them to leave croutons off. Service at this location sucks. I usually drive further to visit the one on Hualapai.
Yes
No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.

They have dedicated fryers I have successfully ate there multiple times

It’s been a few years and I have to update my review. Risk of cross contamination is high and I’ve been glutened here before. There’s better options, especially for the prices.
