They have an exclusive fryer, a decent portion of their menu is gluten free. When you’re looking at their allergy menu if it’s not listed as gluten free then it will say “may contain” it’s actually gluten free as they have an exclusive fryer! The traditional wings are gf, there are sweet potato fries, I believe an appetizer, and a few other items that is all about their menu. They mark the trays with stickers so there is no confusion as to what is and isn’t gluten free. I was super impressed and will for sure be going back!

Staff did not know what was gluten free, handed me a huge allergy guide book which was great, but there was little options. I played it safe and just had sweet potato fries which were said to be GF, thats the worst ive ever been cross contaminated. Never going there again!!

Staff was knowledgeable and when I mentioned I am celiac they provided me with an allergen menu. Felt great to eat wings and fries worry free!
Yes
Dedicated fryer. Most sauces also gluten free. Have eaten here several times without any issues.
Make sure you double check with the location you want to dine at before going. Every location prepares their food differently. This is the only one in town that has a separate fryer for their fries. They will make the traditional wings in the fry fryer when requested. Never had an issue eating here.

Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.
