Made gluten free, all natural, no preservatives added. They do make onsite fresh pasta with flour so there could be air born flower. So if you call ahead they will make it gluten free and airtight.

Will prepare gluten free gelato in designated space ahead of time for you. But they do make pasta on site and so there is some flour particles in the air. Otherwise the gelato does not contain gluten. They have dairy free options. All natural, no added flavoring, seasonal fruits flavors.
