While the menu has items marked as GF, none of the GF dishes are truly GF. The rib sauce has whiskey in it and is therefore not GF, a lot of the sides are not GF due to cross contamination, and the salads with blue cheese are also not GF. The wait staff should be more knowledgeable about celiac disease as every time we ordered they would come back and say the chef said that the dishes we wanted were not actually GF. I’m not sure why they would have items marked as GF if they are not. The chef ended up cleaning his station and making a burger with a GF bun and no side.
