Horrible experience with food service at Universal Studios. They do not list allergens at the food places. At Taco Truck the head cook and 2 other assistant cooks had no idea what was in meat marinade, didn’t know if tortillas were 100% corn, and just so uninformed of the ingredients of the food they prepared. Found this to be case at several of the Universal Studio food spots. Thought grilled steak would be safest bet for my celiac son because Universal Studios “allergen list” we picked up said taco place had GF choices but he still ended up sick.
