The food is really fresh and high quality. They have lots of gluten free options and the counter person seemed very knowledgeable about gluten and which items were safe. The downside is that it is for takeout and catering, there are only a few seats inside, so plan to get it to go.

The menu has salads marked GF and they offer GF bread & wraps. I ordered the Brunchy BLT on GF bread and added Swiss cheese, because, why not?

The sandwich was amazing! Flavorful, stacked, and fresh!
